Youth baseball has grown immensely since our program was founded in the fall of 1991 and entered our 30th year. There are lots of teams out there that present themselves in a very favorable manner yet have never produced anything to back up their claims. THEY GET INVITES OUT TO PLAYERS EARLY TO CREATE “GUILT COMMITS”. YOU GET ONE SHOT AT THIS AND ITS TOO IMPORTANT TO NOT MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION. We felt it was important to explain our philosophy and track record in order to properly separate ourselves from literally every other program on the west coast. The numbers that we have produced are from players that have played with us for a full season- not a weekend or a workout. They truly are NorCal players through and through. WE WANT OKG- OUR KINDA GUYS! GUYS WHO WANT TO DEVELOP, PLAY FOR THEIR BROTHERS, AND BE PART OF AN AMAZING LEGACY!
Last summer and fall were very trying through the COVID 19 challenge but our response was second to none. We have the best networking and relationships with college coaches and professional scouts on the west coast. We adapted by using ScoutCast, Rapsodo, and outstanding video. The combination of those tools combined with our relationships have led to numerous commits through these times when college coaches were stuck at home! Bottom line- they trust us because of our track record! WE HAD 45 COMMITS FROM COVID LAST MARCH 2020-March 2021.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS A PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. WE ARE NO NONSENSE, WE ARE NOT GOING TO BLOW HOT AIR UP YOUR SKIRT. THIS IS TOO IMPORTANT TO BE AN EXPERIMENT. WE HAVE A PLAN FOR YOU UNTIL YOU GRADUATE. WE HAVE A TRACK RECORD SECOND TO NONE!!
NorCal Baseball was founded in the fall of 1991 and has been the oldest and most successful program on the entire west coast. We also are proud to have a reputation as one of the top youth baseball programs in the nation. We have won numerous national championships throughout the years including the Perfect GameWorldSeries 17U in 2018 that made NorCal Baseball the top club in the country. In 2019 we won three national championships including the USA 15’s and the WWBA West 17’s. We have had overwhelming success at every grade that we participate in and NorCal Baseball has the distinction of being the top program on the west coast.
The most impressive win in our program was that we averaged over 20 players receiving baseball scholarships (over 90% of the top junior team)to the D1 level for 14 years in a row. We have had over 30 commits thelast two signing periods! We have had 700+ NorCal alumni play at theDivision One level on a baseball scholarship. We have had over 300 +alumni drafted at the professional level- including 58 big-leaguers and22 first-round picks with two more last year- Spencer Torkelson as thefirst overall pick and Tyler Soderstrom . Five more players drafted this year in the first 10 rounds. Throw in 12 MLB All-Stars and two MVP’s!
NorCal Baseball has also had more USA Baseball national championships and had more players play for USA Baseball than any team in the country. In 2008, Norcal Baseball had five of the first 50picks in the MLB draft, including three first-rounders. In 2010 we had25 players taken in the MLB draft and in 2019 we had 14 players at the upper class Area Code games (more than any program in the country)and two Players in the Perfect Game All America game and another last year in Tyler Soderstrom. We have had 20 Players participate in the Perfect Game All-American.
NO PROGRAM IS MORE CONNECTED WITH COLLEGE COACHES, PRO SCOUTS, AREA CODES, PERFECT GAME ALL AMERICAN GAME, AND FUTURE STARS SERIES AS NORCAL BASEBALL- PERIOD!!
We are looking for players who have the same dreams and aspirations our past players had. We are looking for a player who has a sense ohistory, who wants to be a part of a special legacy. What we can offer to you are the same resources we offered those past players. You will be playing with great players against great players. You will have a professional coaching staff that will work hard to help you reach your maximum potential. You will have a program that has more experience at working with college coaches and professional baseball scouts than any organization on the west coast. It is our mission to

WE HAVE A GREAT COACHING STAFF THROUGHOUT AND HAVE HIRED SOME OF THE TOP COACHES IN THE STATE! WE ARE ASSEMBLING THE TOP TEAMS IN THE COUNTRY AND PLAYING INTHE TOP EVENTS IN THE COUNTRY INCLUDING THE PG WORLD SERIES, FUTURE STARS SERIES, USA BASEBALL, AND THE USA INVITATIONAL IN CARY, NC. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE ARE A PROGRAM THAT GOES AS A TEAM. WE DON’T BORROW GUYS AND WILL MATCH ANY PROGRAM IN THE NATION. WE DO IT THE RIGHTWAY!!
The founders of NorCal Baseball are key partners in numerous national youth baseball leagues. We stress coaching and development- not plastic trophies! We bring in the best guys in the industry like Alan Jaeger and Steve Springer. The only rankings that matter to us are the college program that gives you a scholarship, and the professional team that drafts you.

There are also many misconceptions about NorCal Baseball. Youth baseball has become a cottage industry- an industry in which we are sometimes not comfortable participating. men on and off the field while helping them achieve their dreams to take their baseball career to the next level! We help our families navigate through the whole process. We have NEVER precluded a player to participate withNorCal Baseball due to a financial burden! We have also partnered to setup sponsorships with some of the best baseball companies in the game Louisville Slugger, Wilson, Demarini, New Balance, and Evoshield.
